Our CSR Policy refers to the way in which we @RothmansRacing regulate ourselves in order to ensure that all of our activities positively affect society as a whole.
Our CSR policies aim to guarantee that we work ethically, considering human rights as well as the social, economic and environmental impacts of what we do as a business.
We aim to exceed, any relevant legislation, and if legislation does not exist in a particular area, we should ensure RothmansRacing carry out best practices anyway.

Who we are and what we do.
RothmansRacing.com and store.rothmansracing.com are owned by TZ Product & Business Development SL, an engineering company based in Asturias with a tech centre in Barcelona, Spain.
We are a team of specialists in vehicle platform development, extending our work across e-mobility, where we design and engineer electric bikes, motorcycles, scooters and licence-free cars, and motorsport, where we sell innovative drive systems and proprietary energy storage solutions transmission systems and controls.
We work for several OEMs and Start-ups helping them to create and bring into serial production innovative electric vehicles featuring the best technologies available in terms of performance, reliability and customer fit, either for B2B and B2C.
We are now entering into the motorsport market with our own developments, selling advanced drive systems, transmissions and racing like steering wheels to amateur and racing drivers across the world.
In addition to all hereby mentioned developments, we have created a proprietary technology allowing us to control traction, transmission, regeneration and braking vehicle functions.
This gives us several constructive, performance and economic competitive advantages, thanks to which we can design and manufacture vehicles that are lighter, safer, and at lower costs.
We work preferably with local and regional suppliers in order to minimize transportation cost during the manufacturing stages. Nevertheless, when the technology and/or products we are looking for cannot be found in our region, we work with European and eventually oversees suppliers.
Our production partner APTA S.L., a Special Employment Centre located in Gijón, Asturias, 25 km away from our headquarters. For over 30 years, APTA have been working towards the social-labour inclusion of people with disabilities, proving that it is possible to combine economic and social profitability.
APTA does not only tailor assemble for us our entire range of steering wheels, but also manufacture the wiring harnesses, take care of the packaging, warehouse and expeditions to final customers.
Other local suppliers include our communication agency, the test tracks, aluminium parts production, CNC supplies, and others.
We are committed to clear communication towards all of our suppliers, regardless the mother tongue we all speak. This is important to create a climate of trust based on mutual transparency. Last but not least, we are committed to them to paying on time and properly.
Rothmans commits to reducing the environment impact that our business activities and our products may have.
As a matter of fact, our aim is to accelerate electrification on mobility and motorsports by means of developing and use existing clean technologies.

We have a direct communication to customers, when possible –due to our business scale- we have direct contact to them getting first person feedback on our products which we take into new developments and face lifts.
We continuously monitor our competitors and try to be better than them in terms of product performance, quality, and price, hence customer satisfaction.
We focus our development activities in safety, especially when dealing with electric apparatus developments. As a matter of fact, we have created proprietary solutions to avoid electric shocks and are committed to keep doing so during our development cycles.
